Welcome to the Osceola County Association of REALTORS® (hereinafter called The Association). The Association was originally formed in 1924, but was officially designated a member of the National Association of Real Estate Boards (NAREB) on October 1, 1950, after Bylaws and forms were completed. The Association currently represents approximately 3,100 REALTORS® and Affiliate members. Each member adheres to a strict Code of Ethics that governs their activities in all aspects of the real estate industry.  We are governed by a voluntary Board of Directors, elected by the membership, and work in partnership with a professional administrative staff.

The Broker in your office determines whether he/she wishes to hold membership in the Association.  When he/she elects to hold membership, they in turn agree that all licensees in their office will be invited to join as well. We suggest you speak directly with your Broker about REALTOR® membership.

As a member of the Association, you are also a member of the Florida REALTORS® (FR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) – a total of three associations striving to help you make money, save time, and reduce liability in your real estate career.

Following are some highlights of the benefits that set us apart from other REALTOR® associations:

  • Education is integral to a successful real estate career, and the Association offers a diverse range of mandatory and elective continuing education subjects, pre-licensing courses and professional designation classes.
  • The Association’s member interests are represented by its own REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC). RPAC is a powerful political lobbying body, supporting legislators and issues favorable to the real estate industry, private property rights, and “quality of Life” issues affecting the preservation, growth and development of local communities.
  • Our members benefit by a full-time professional standards committee, providing a timely and cost-effective process that resolves disputes, rather than resorting to costly litigation.
  • We provide members vital information about industry issues and trends. Vehicles include OsceolaRealtors.org, the Osceola ReVIEW magazine, weekly newsletters, Broker market statistics, and the latest information featuring compliance with new laws and regulations.

We are very pleased you have chosen us as your Board of choice and hope you will spend some time checking out our website. If you have questions or comments, please feel free to contact us at 407-846-0117 or email us at info@osceola-realtors.com.
